Feeling like there’s not enough time or space to work on yourself. Sometimes this causes loss of self-identity, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression and dissatisfaction with life overall.

 

Often times, we believe that hardship is to be overcome silently with resilience, courage and strength. With time we learn we just can't do it alone. In this place of vulnerability, we learn that great success and healing comes with the support and encouragement from others.

Therapy is a safe, confidential and an intentional process of working through challenges in life. This can be accomplished by gaining the awareness and insight to making connections from past traumas, developing healthier boundaries and building meaningful relationships with our support system as well as with our authentic selves.
